Refund policy

Use your Control Mat or other physical gear for 30 days. If the surface pills, curls, or tracking feels worse than your old pad, contact us through the store support link and we refund it.

Digital extras (the Setup Pack) can be refunded within 30 days if you cannot access the files. Once you have downloaded the wallpapers, we still honor a refund if the files were broken.

Start a refund from your order receipt or the contact page. Do not return a used mat until we say so.
